Nose-waist-tail: 324-270-312 mm
Sidecut radius: 8 meters
Camber between bindings with early and smooth rocker in the nose
Core: aspen with ash stripes
Sintered base Isosport 7500. Really fast!
Sidewalls made of polyurethane around the entire perimeter of the snowboard.
Triaxial fiberglass (threads are located at angles of 0/-45/+45 degrees)
Topsheet - scratch resistant Isosport Carbonium
The biggest board I've ever made. Length 168 cm, nose width 349 mm! Waist 302 mm! Tail 330 mm! Many boards have a nose narrower than their waist At the same time, the sidecut radius is about 10 meters. The board was conceived by the customer as a universal equipment for the track and forest for a person with a large foot. Sintered base made in Austria, two layers of triaxial fiberglass and polyurethane sidewalls, which perfectly dampen board vibrations when riding. Topsheet - carbon honeycomb.
The printed graphics look top notch as well! Do you print them yourself? I'm guessing you're using sublimation - if so, I would love to see the setup (printer, press) you use
Hi, Chrismp!
Glad you like my boards:)
It's really sublimation, but my friends do it for me(Desperado Boards https://desperadoboards.com/). I don't have a printer or a sublimation press. They have a vacuum press for sublimation. But what printer and what print profile they use, I don't know, unfortunately. I can ask if I get a chance.
