top sheet not bonding properly
just pulled my first board out of the press, everything went good... except for the top sheet. We are using iso sport nylon (sublimated), where did we go wrong? not enough resin? heat was off? ( we heat from bottom only). is there any special bonding pretreatment need? how much does it not being clean actually affect it? I think we were pretty cleaned up (maybe not enough). any tips words of wisdom would be rad!!
thanks

Is the back of the topsheet a felty material like the pbt or is it just an abraded surface?
you may have needed to flame treat if it was just an abraded surface but not sure how the ntlon material would like this. The material should be as clean as possible. How bad was the delam? Pics?

Are you sure you had the epoxy/hardener mix correct? if you have a short pot life and are mixing in multiple batches, and screwed up the last batch, then that might explain it.
I got burned on this a while back after getting lazy and mixing by volume instead of weight. Now I'm back to weighing the epoxy and hardener mix to the gram.
