Polyurethane film for sublamination

I have idea how to make urethane film for sublamination
why urethane? high temp resistant more then 200c (for sublimation need at list 180c), that is resistant to impact damage and scratches.
We need urethane resin 85-95 hardness, white pigment, mat fiberglass.
Process
Spray or brush resin on the bottom layer, some material can be smooth-glossy surface and good for delamination after curing, put fiberglass mat on top, it helps to keep same thickness, than same layer for delamination. Move everything to press between smooth plates.
How much pressure need I can just guess 30-60psi

urethane resins with usable properties are hard to find as a water clear uv-stable system. most urethanes have some sort of amber tint that darkens a little further under sunlight which makes it hard to use with white pigments.
another problem you have to keep in mind is that many urethanes don't do well at low temps (usually somewhere between -20 to -30° C). they get brittle and break.

still, i guess there's a urethane out there that fulfills your needs. just might be hard to find or expensive or both.

How bout an opaque polyester resin?

polyester resin can be heated up to 200°C?

laquer could work...not sure how it would handle sublimation though.

@MM: i always thought polyester and epoxy don't get along well.
