NY/NJ ski builders

Any New York/New Jersey ski/board builders here looking for help? There's a guy looking for work building boards. He's willing to work for experience. He lives about an hour north of NYC. He found me through my website but I'm in no position to hire any one. I can barely afford myself ;)
