I found my core data.
156-----6.75
161-----7.00
166-----7.25
This provides for a decently stiff board using 17oz triax and CF reinforcement.
Looks like my memory was off a little.
Of course, you can go with a slightly thinner core, with stiffer reinforcements, or a narrower board.
All of the boards I've built have been wides.
