Nice. That machine they use to profile their cores at Blizzard looks pretty cool.

Why isn't there videos from other big ski brands? like armada, k2, rossingnol, and anyone else

If you find them, post them. Not all companies want their processes public, as it may be proprietary.
(and for what it's worth, Line = K2 now... the two line videos posted are from the K2 factory)

What kind of wood are you using for the cores?
Great job on the skis also!!
