I just had some really challenging (required 5-axis) CNC work done by Mahoosuc Woodwork in Rumford, ME and they did great work, were reasonably priced, and were very friendly. Where are you located?

Any shops I know of are going to be too far north then...but there are definitely some MA builders on here. If you decide to have the templates shipped, I would check out Mahoosuc.

Eastmountainwoodworks in Holyoke. http://www.eastmountainwoodworking.com/

Kind of expensive though, $50 per ski template.

I am in Worcester and have talked with P&A Sales for MDF CNC ing for core profile cribs, and Milbury welding in Worcester for steel or aluminium water jet cutting. Have not used either yet so I can not give you any feedback. Would like to stop in to your shops, or if you are in Worcester let me know if you would like to stop by.
