Masonite?

Post by BillHobo »

I made my bottom mold using plywood and filled the gaps using 1/8" masonite board. however i found that this didn't conform uniformly to the mold. meaning my tip and tail radius might be too tight. ( i made the tip radius 12.5cm). am i missing something?

Post some pics. I made my tip/tail molds using a 300mm (30cm) radius. 12.5cm is awful tight. Are you using SnoCAD-X? Using that software will show you what a 12.5cm tip radius looks like.
