I need to redesign the hose attachment to catch the last couple inches of cutting. Other than that it does a great job of sucking up the dust, as you can tell from the dirty spot on the table. I had been putting off making forms because of the mess. Not sure how I'll adapt this for the camber form. They make a plastic attachments for the router. Maye I'll pick those up.

Good idea.
I do all routing mdf outside. I more than hate mdf dust! It goes everywhere.

A dust port for the router is great option if you can get one.

The McMaster Carr# is 8447A31 it's just a vinyl door strip, works great. The deer head was from a Jaegermeister night... :)

Thanks SD, it's coming along...sure has been a lot of work getting it to this point.

I've said it before, I like the floor in the WS (brazen's). I will go for wood floor when extendig my workshop. This summer?
But I will still do the mdf stuff outside... :)
