core profilers

Post by EricW »

So I've been looking at router bridge type of profilers. The only one I like so far is the one that Kingswood uses.

It looks like 1" conduit with bolts for adjusting. Anyone have more insight this?

mine is just like that except instead of the metal rails i used primed mdf moulding. its super cheap and works great. to give it a curve i shim it up with washers i found that are exactly 1mm, then put a screw through the middle of them and kapeesh. if i get around to it i might put some pics up.

Yup I'd say MDF molding is the way to go.
I knew I should have patented it 8)

Doesn't take much for shims to make it solid.

That's what I said when I saw that. My wife didn't get it.

Thanks, my ego needed that 8)

Too late to patent! I've already made it public.
