what you need isnt just a bearing, but a bit with a bearing called flush trim router bit.

Home centers (Home Depot, Lowes, and online stores like Rockler etc) also have bearings that you can add on to a straight bit too. They usually mount on the shaft instead of the bottom like the one Chism posted. Whether you have the bearing on top or bottom all depends on how you like to work and make your setup to rout out the pieces. Both work fine.
