Sounds interesting. If I remember it correctly he is using the same bending principle as I am using, so look forward seeing his final product. A while ago I did contact Sean of Donek Tools as he seemed to have difficulties programming the code for the edges to bend. We had a short chat by email, but...

No slipping issues anymore. This also caused by using the wire bending principle. This method needs less force to feed the edge through.

The CNC edgebender is finally working properly! Did completely redesign the bender and modified the prototype (didn't make it look more pretty ;) ). The idea was to create a ski that has the following properties: - Additional length in deep powder snow - Short running length on piste - Stiff tail when landing cliff jumps So the idea was to create a 'spoon-like' tail We stopped te wood core before the 'fold' starts....

Were this the only variables you changed??
