Thanks. I guess I'll try to lay up the core laminations (thinking two thin plywoods so I can build in some rocker/tip-bend/camber) keeping epoxy off the veneer-side-down as much as possible. Then sand off any epoxy that shows up there (inevitable) so at least those spots are not smooth. Then pine ta...

Hi all. Not a builder (yet) but occasional visitor. I could have bumped the ripping inserts thread but decided this was specialized enough...
