respirator1147 viewslet me tell you this fellows: MDF is really really nasty stuff. this pic shows one filter of my respirator after some work with mdf. actually i machined a template for cutting the bases. so i guess i cut away about the same amount of MDF as you have to cut for building 4 ribs for a mold for pressing. when i started the filter was white (as you still can see on the edges beneath the plastic). and this is how it looked after maybe 2h of work.

SO, PLEASE, WEAR A GOOD RESPIRATOR WHEN WORKING WITH MDF
