Ordering Information
Note: We're currently a small operation, but our focus is to ensure that
you get the best service possible. As we expand, we will add more features
and improve our efficiency while maintaining our commitment to providing the
best service.
How to order
T-shirt orders: To order a t-shirt, click on an appropriate t-shirt
from our t-shirt ordering page and you will be
transferred to Zazzle.com, the company that produces our t-shirts. You can
place your order through Zazzle's secure online ordering system, and a few days
later you will receive your order.
Ski Building Materials: To order ski building materials, browse
our list of available products, then click the
"Add to Cart" button and a new window will appear that places the item in a
shopping cart. You can add more items by returning to the page with the
list of items and clicking "Add to Cart" for other items. When you are
ready to pay, select the "Proceed to checkout" button to submit your
contact/shipping information and payment. You will be sent an email to
confirm your order, and when you order ships we will send you an email to
confirm.
Can I phone in my order? Yes, but you will have to contact
us beforehand (see contact info) and we will
arrange to call you or give you a number to phone in your order.
Can I mail you my order? Yes, but please do not send us
credit card information. You can simply send (postal or email) us a list
of items you would like to purchase along with day and evening contact
information (such as phone numbers and an email address) and we will contact you
immediately to finalize your order.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards and payment via a PayPal account.
     
Is the online ordering process secure?
Yes, our ordering process is secure and currently it's offered in
conjunction with PayPal. However, if you prefer, you can
contact us for other ordering options.
Shipping methods
Items will be shipped either via UPS or priority mail. Once your item
is shipped, we will send you a confirmation along with appropriate tracking
information.
International Orders
Yes, we accept international orders, but you will have to contact us
regarding additional shipping costs and customs fees (note: the advertised
shipping cost on our ordering system does not include customs fees, so we handle
this on an individual basis). But if you contact us, we'll
be happy to give you details and additional shipping info. Note that shipping
internationally will cost more than domestic shipments.
How do I contact you about my order or with questions?
We value your business, and we are committed to serving your needs.

How to return/exchange item(s)?
Our return policy is simple: if we made a mistake on your order, then
we will correct it.
If for some reason you would like to return/exchange unused item(s), we will be
glad to assist you, however, we will charge a 15% restock fee.
If items or products are defective and unused, please
contact us and we will arrange for a
return/exchange. However, used ski building materials cannot be
returned/exchanged.
