How high and how long tip and tails are best for powder?
17cm long and 60mm high?

these dimensions should work pretty well. on mine i have 15cm of lenght and 55mm hight. at a waist of 145 on my first pair and i never ever had some problems with it, diving tips - nearly impossible.
