Hey everyone,
Yesterday, I put the mold into the press and was able to get some 2x12" under the bottom. I inflated to 30psi. The cat track appeared to fill the void on one end. The other end was still up just a bit. I think we have it solved by minimizing the gap between the cat track and the mold. As far as the end that did not completly close up, I will remove some of the track and that should do it.
Thanks for all the help on this one. I will do the final try on Wendesday after I get home form work. Then it will be time to help my son with his snow board.
