Duct Tape

Post by gnarshred »

I want to use a little bit of duct tape for my graphics, but i don't know if it will bond with the epoxy (the smooth side that is). does anyone have any experience with this? or any knowledge i otherwise do not?

Mix up a little bit of epoxy and try it out on a small piece =)

I got a hold of some epoxy (not good quality though) and tried to bond two pieces of wood with the epoxy and duct tape bonding them. Thought the duct tape didn't completely take, it took some effort to get the top piece off. So the verdict is... it'll work! (hopefully). I want to do a vermont/new hampshire graphic using hunter's orange, plaid flannel and duct tape. hopefully the duct tape won't sabotage the project.

I remember a while ago seeing a board on grafsnowboards who used ducktape in its graphics, I think you'll be okey =)
