Rubber covered hose or woven jacket?

Post by *ARMADA* »

Those are the options for hose at http://www.rawhidefirehose.com. I would prefer rubber because its cheaper ($32.34 for 7 ft of 5 in hose) but will this work or is woven a better choice?

my fire hose is rubber. i think both will work fine as long as the psi rating is high enough. i'd just save the money and go with the rubber one. the only advantage of the woven one is that it may be easier to roll up and store away. i guess?

nice find by the way.
