Insert chamfering tool
Hi guys. Please share your experience, what tool do you use to process inserts? I used to usually use this, 45 degrees. But such a thing often leaves scuff marks on the topsheet. I want the insert to be neat and the stamping around it to be even and beautiful.

Re: Insert chamfering tool
Hi, the one in the picture has many cutting edges - they do not perform well in wood and chop it. I'd go for one with 2 or 3 cutting edges only - they work well enouth in both wood and metal in my experience. I have one with 3 edges and it works both wood and metal very smooth.
