Grindrite st600 belt tension question

Post by 24Dave »

I have an old st600. I cannot figure out how you tension a belt once you put one on. Can anyone explain how this is done? Thank you!

Crank the dial on the back where the hose is hanging counter clockwise until you feel the change in pressure. Once you do it you will be able to feel when to stop.

Tracking is the smaller knob on top although I can't get mine to track all that well. I just let it eventually
drift to one side or the other.
