What software are people using to design ski's and snowboards when using a mac??

You can try running a virtual machine with windows to run Windows specific software. Other than that there is native CAD-software for Mac too. A friend of mine uses Rhino for Mac to design skis.

Fusion 360 here as well. Works seamlessly even when switching between platforms

draft sight is still free 2d that works on Mac.
