Benski Originals

Post by benski »

After a couple of years of pondering, press building, mistakes (many!) and lots of tea drinking I found myself riding my first pair of skis for a couple trips to the Alps. Without this forum it would always have been a pipe dream but the the wealth of knowledge and experience made dream become reality!

Look super nice Benski!

A bit of a description would be great.
What's the topsheet (black carbon looking) stripes?

You don't even have a legit signature, nothing to reveal who you are and what you do...

Best of luck to you. (uneva)

Thanks Sam,

Some more details coming soon, work gets in the way! :D You are right the black yarns are carbon with variable angle through the ski length, for torsional stiffness in the nose and tail and longitudinal through the middle portion - I’ll explain a bit more shortly...

I love that carbon mesh fabric! Can you give details about it?
