Hi all - Dan Graf here, not built anything for years as my IT business and 2 children and move back to the UK took over life !

I'm now planning to sell off all my remaining material and machines. Between 19th November and 25th November 2016 I'll be selling off - prices negotiable :

Base material from Crown in Black or White - not sure how much is left - CHF 0.50 per metre
Sidewalls from Crown, various colours - CHF 10.00 per plank
Steel edges - masses of it for CHF 50.-
Inserts - hundreds of them with magnetic caps - for CHF 20.- the lot
Various bits of glass & carbonfibre

Reichmann snowboard grinding machine with side edger CHF 1500.-
Pneumatic steel press with heating CHF 500.-
320mm wide thickness planer CHF 200.-
500mm wide overhead drum sander with conveyor CHF 300.-
DeWalt bandsaw CHF 100.-
Various steel workbenches CHF 30.- each
Various steel cupboards CHF 10.- each
Scheppach wood clamping system for vertical lamination CHF 150.-
A drum kit (yeah really!) : CHF 50.00

Flums, Switzerland - 19th-25th November 2016

I guess this really works best for those located in or near Switzerland, I'm afraid I don't have enough time to be able to ship anything else overseas so it's really collection only :D [/b]

:-)

If you have a van with tail-lift it would be super easy to load even the heavy machines (press, base grinder, overhead drum sander) !

Problem with that, is that then I wouldn't have so much room in my car!

^^Press detail showing box with transformer and digital temperature controller

Image

^^Press being unloaded, aluminium cat track, there are 2 firehoses with it

Image

^^DeWalt Bandsaw, used for cutting off mould flash and general trimming work

Image

^^You can see the Metabo DH330 thickness planer in the background on the left, Uwe is running a ski core through it

Image

Image

^^ Two views of Reichmann base grinder with side edger, multi-speed, water cooled, various belts of different grits and polish

Image

^^Scheppach vertical lamination press - makes nice flat core blocks

Image

^^Red machine on the left is the overhead drum sander - really cool for finishing the profiling, last few passes through here avoids incidents caused by the planer or router bridge when the core gets thin

If no one takes the Reichmann grinder you can sell it back to Reichmann afaik. They sell used machines.

Yeah - I have a company lined up who will buy it from me, but if a ski / board builder takes it first I'm happier :-)

It was realy nice meeting you, and the other ski builders who turned up there. I am going to have to do a huge cleanup and re-organise in my workshop to fit the new babies in. Look forward to using them.
