First ski and pressure question

Few days ago we pressed our first ski, here some tech info:

dimension: 132-102-122
lenght: 1825 mm
core dimension: 2,5-10,5-2,5
core construction: vertical laminated powlonia-ash with UHMWPE sidewall
epoxy resin: Entropy CPM

from top to bottom:
PBT topsheet
300g/m^2 biaxial carbon
750g/m^2 triaxial glass
core
750g/m^2 triaxial glass
150g/m^2 uni carbon
VDS rubber
base

We pressed at 3.5 atm but the actual pressure on the skis was 4.45 atm (firehose surface contact is 5210 cm^2, skis area is 4094 cm^2) and we cure at 82°C for 45 minute.

Skis are better than expected, they are stiff enough and weigth 3400g!

Now the "bad" side, on the topsheet is visible the matrix of the biaxial carbon, not cause of some kind of transparency, you can feel it at touch. So I thought that maybe pressure is too high or maybe PBT topsheet is not a good choice, have you any hints?

Always happens with thin topsheets. You can add a thin layer of fiberglass strand mat underneath the topsheet to get it smooth.
