*feeler* builder services.

All ski building related commercial posts go here. So if you want to advertise, sell something, etc., please do so here. Personal stuff should be placed in "Yard sale (non-commercial)".

*feeler* builder services.

Post by amidnightproject »

Hey everyone.

I've been considering offering services like template cutting, core building, profiling or shaping, and most recently sublimating top sheet.

Shipping most items really isn't an issue unless it's something heavy like a top/bottom mold for your press. Naturally the heavier the item, the more it costs. A set of skis typically cost $24-$31 depending on how far it's traveling within CONUS.

I'd like to offer people the ability to have their custom profiles made instead of whatever I decide to build.

I'm trying to get an idea if this is even worth me fleshing out with prices. Would people find this useful? I know it can be difficult to find someone local with a CNC. It was for me when I first started. And not exactly affordable. Any interest here?
