We did a little modification to the board building store on our website.
Rather than offering all the materials we are selling them as build kits.

This is good news for they hobby builder looking to get looking to avoid the gazillions of headaches in engineering the whole package.

The kits are pre shaped, profiled, and assembled so the tools needed to make a snowboard, wakeboard, or ski are greatly reduced! Basically you need the press/vac setup, the epoxy and a saw to cut off the flashing. The ready to build kits are professionally built, assembled, and ready to press.

Now you also have options
22 Different size options
4 Different Wood configurations
3 Different Fiberglass Weights

We can't make it any easier for you guys!

Thought I would give a shout out on the board build kits we offer.
We did some updating and now added new shapes and sizes including some of the ultra wide and GS shapes we have in stock.

Again these are ready to press kits. The engineering is already done, you can skip on the expensive tools, and it gives you the best chance to build a great board on your first go.

I have a few new core options available in our custom snowboard build kits.
We added in options for different core stringers.

Our standard core is poplar.
Now you can add:
-2 bamboo or Maple stringers for more stiffness
-4 aspen stringers for a softer ride.

We also have added a few different Glass options to change up the flex
-17oz 45/45 Biax for easy flex
-19oz Triax, pretty standard
22oz Triax for a stiffer flex.
