crown dura surf is getting marked up really fast

im finding that all my crown dura surf 4001 base material is getting marked up more than i have ever seen on a board, is this a finishing issue or a material issue. These are being ridden in the park frequently.

im finding that in comparison to all the other boards i have ridden over the year my boards built with crown durasurf are way more susceptible to the paint on rails and other jib features, overall durability is fine.
