I bet nine out of ten people I tell about ski building ask if I do boards. I'm not sure if it's an east coast thing. Meaning, there seems to be more boarders out here than there were in Colorado. Or maybe the tide has changed and there are more boarders than skiers everywhere. Hell, I've thought about it. Their gear is a hell of a lot cheaper than ski gear.skidesmond wrote: You know you better start crankin' out some boards now

Ha!
We're gonna start this battle eh. Sorry skimann20, your thread's officially been jacked
Whenever I get asked if I could make a snowboard, I tell folks that I intentionally built my press too narrow to do a snowboard (the reality is I was too cheap to buy more steel... I still wish I could do two skis at once)
Something something knuckle-draggers, get outta my way!
