Re-sizing

Hi all,
Would appreciate a bit of guidance with re-sizing.
I have a ski I'm happy with, but I need to think about making it suitable for heavier and taller riders.
I'm thinking ... proportional increase in width, length and distances marking out the flex pattern. Sound OK?
Not sure what to think about core thickness or turn radius. Does anyone have a general rule of thumb to offer?
Gut feel is an increase of 1 mm for core thickness will be about right ... not sure. I'm assuming I need to be thinking about a proportional increase in cross-section, but don't have the maths!
