Does anyone know what is needed to make an I beam press hinge up like that

this is a clamshell type press.
pig hydraulic/pneumatic ram at one side and a hinge on the other to make it easy to put materials in.
not sure the cost of the ram but the steel has to be super burly. if i remember correctly they also have a 2 ram press somewhere in that warehouse.

Oh wow, thanks so much for that info. That steel has to be more burly than just a regular i beam press? Would those parts add a lot more expenses to a press?
