If you have been looking for custom affordable cores i plan to offer core services. All cnc cut. using FAS poplar full length strips. (No finger joints)

Minimum order of 5 cores.

20$ for fully shaped and profiled snowboard cores. 5$ Extra for anything over 160cm total core length(including ski cores).

Consider me interested. What are you planning on doing for sidewalls? Are you talking about shaped and profiled before sidewalls, or with wood sidewalls, or what? What kind of file format works for you? Just a .dxf? Have you thought about offering a template service?

would it be $25 for a pair of corse for skis measuring over 160cm then?

Yeah sidewalls are machined separately then attached. I plan on offering that service soon as well. yes 25 dollars for a pair of skis.

dxf files are good. I have tons of pre-made shapes and sizes we could use, but if you have your own that's awesome too.
