Cure Time for Base Grinding

I'm good about letting a board cure after it's pressed (4-5days) before flexing it etc.
However, does anyone have any reccommendations about when to grind the base? I have intermittent access to a grinder, and occasionally it's convenient to grind the day after I press a board. is that too soon, or will it even make a difference? I can;t beleive the volume of epoxy changes at all during the cure?

I grind it immediately. Nothing bad has happened. Yet.

IMO, the board should stay untouched for 48 hours, before anything is done, especially cutting off the flash.
That being said, I have finished a board straight out of the press and have had no issues.

Really should try not to.
The epoxy has not post cured at that point and the force applied to the topsheet by the saw blade will weaken the bond there, and could potentially lead to future delaminations.
No big deal if it's a board for yourself, or a demo or what not, but for a customer's board, you should never cut it out that soon.

Good to know, I've been trimming while the board is pratically still warm, but I'm pretty gentle with everything else.
On a side note, I'm shocked how mkuch camber/rocker/vert profile in general changes over the first 72 hours or so.
