great pair of skis as usual! :D

did you use acrylic paint on the bases again? any signs of base delamination on previous pairs?

Thanks!)
Yes the basic letters are drawn by an acrylic paint. The first letter "M" - duecut. delamination didn't occur) previous pair of skis has broken because of woodcore) has managed to remove base and to use it again)
Used in one ski I become blue resin on base.

are you using a specific paint or will any acrylic paint work?

I use a usual acrylic paint for damp conditions) works well). If to do letters won't come off)
On last skis base has been completely processed by an acrylic paint. Can on it and could remove base?) though hardly)))

Cool skis!
Can you confirm that the PVC tip&tail not delaminate? If not, will you please share your approach? You don't have to do it right away.
My tests hasn't been that successful...

It is pvc foam, not usual pvc. It porous on it is very well glued!

Hmmm...my vacuum table is pvc foam and I haven't seen anything stick to that....
I need to do some more(other) tests obviously.

No flame treatment?

No, fire didn't use.
Can at us it is simple more porous material sell?)
The material in a cut on structure is similar to plaster. On a photo of it I can not catch.
The material breaks at a bend approximately in 100 degrees. On a frost of properties visually doesn't change.
Also breaks not on a seam.

Hey Misha,

Great innovation! Graphics are cool. Any special treatment when re-using the base material?

If to heat resin that it is possible to produce dismantling. Plus used the tool of type of a chisel :D
As that has helped that base has been painted.

If you are interested pvc sidewalls that I advise a little to wait with it) like problems with it start to appear at temperature more low-25...-30 degrees on Celsius
