Well? Anybody sewing their own gear up? Any suggestions for patterns, fabrics, suppliers, etc....
Kind of want to sew up a one piece that I can use for snowboarding and skydiving.

bwaaahaaahaa,
actually that would be almost perfect. Bright and obnoxious is what I'm going for. Pretty much fool on 80's style. Like the old OP stuff that Damian was wearing for a while.

Ah, the Gaddafi suit! Any one recall the Muammar Gaddafi wearing a powder blue 1 piece ski suit back in the 80's. Hilarious!

mittons, hats, ski pants. Some of my early gear was made by my dad. I had a two parks, a down vest, and down parka. There was a company out there called frost line that made kits. I did a search and there was a lot of stuff but not to much useful, but i was not very thorough.
For patterns I was thinking of using a pair of bibb style carharts that my friend wears out for work. Just use a seem ripper, label the parts and make your pattern from that. They have the side zips and flaps all of the pocket parts you could want.
For a full piece you could start with an old pair of loose pants. For the top find a jacket pattern you like or an old coat and do the same thing. Pull it apart and figure out how to connnect it to the pants part. Look for old stuff at the local second hand store that you can pull apart to start with.
a couple of frabic places.
