I don't want to replace motors. How will you replace feed motors? Plus needed new pump if go single phase.
At the end of the day it so much simpler to go phase converter root then replace them all not to mention on phase converter give you chance to buy other industrial quality American-made three-phase equipment like tablesaw or bandsaw for example cheaper compared to newer single phase 220 equipment
