Eric, you're a FON (Freakin Old Nerd) :D :D :D
Maybe we all are in here?
I was picking up my new templates today from a company with a BFCM (Big F*** CNC Machine). And the looks I got from those guy was "Skis?????" "Making self?" You know...It took them 2 seconds to rate me moron.
But who cares! I'm bulding "my own ride"! 8)

Yeah I've gotten the same looks, but the real skiers/boarders are amazed. My daughter has brought friends home from college and she tells them I make skis. They find it hard to believe until I show them the skis and the shop. They think it's awesome.

Since the progress is very slow, in the OAC ski factory, for the moment and the new setup are not complete I will post some pictures containing useless information. Mostly if you have nothing else to do a Saturday night you probably will surf in here (Like I do) to see if someone has post something...:-)

The new templatesszzzz....

Compared with last years model. OAC-8
As you can see in the picture the Vacu-Master-3000 is now incorporated in a rolling table!

Nice. Looking forward to seeing the skis.

It's slow at the Section-8 factory as well. P-tex, edges, and VDS arrived the other day from skibuilders. Waiting on the FG snowboardmaterial. Need to order some epoxy from QCM. Then things will start moving.
