SCC Skis is looking at a new facility in Denver to house our flatbed cutter. What i am looking at is a 1460sf shop in the Stapleton area, however i do not need all 1460sf... more like 700-800. If anyone is interested in sharing a workshop i am looking to rent out 700sf or so. Rent would be 375 a month. there is 220v 3ph power so you could use some big equipment! also there is a small office if you need.
