OMG, that was so freakin' hilarious!!! All I could think of was a (drunk) turtle on its' back! LOL, ......................still laughing....................... Got to wonder how he even got to the packy in the first place!

I think that dood is on some heavy pills like ketamine or something.
There are some really sweet edits that were floating around on this. The old timey one was funny.
