Does Anyone Have Any 22oz Triax?

Post by j-raw »

I need enough 22oz glass to build two sets of skis. I was hoping to crank them out this weekend/next week, but skibuilders just sent me an email that they are out of the 22oz. glass I ordered. Can anyone help me out?

I have some quadraxial, but it's probably a little heavier than 22oz. I need to check on that. Let me know if you're interested.

I buy 19oz. Triaxial E-glass from Fiberglass Supply, item C74-4325
Here is the link:

50" wide and they will sell you 2.5 yards, enough for 2 pairs.

I add 3" wide strips of 4.5oz uni-carbon above an below the core too. Item C72-4721

Cheers,

I've had success getting fiberglass cloth and epoxy from "raka" dot com in a pinch. I try to support the SB store when possible.
