adjustable tool for gluing sidewalls to the core.

Black and decker table saw actually works perfect. It has a metric guide for the fence which is key. I am cutting them a hair thinner than the core and gluing them top flush. My sidewalls are the width of the edge so the offset for the edge is there without having to do any extra routing.

do you find that you're getting a better bond with the jig?

do the bolts just push against the steel that presses the sidewalls? or are the bolts attached to the steel somehow?

The bond is bomber. The carriage bolts just push against the steel.
