I was wondering if anyone has thought of or has made an adjustable lenght and camber mold for a pneumatic press. I have seen it done with vaccuum presses and was wondering if it could be done with a pneumatic press. Thanks!

Check this post out. Pretty good drawing up and a good way to adjust everything. You can do it w/ the top mold too.

I suggest reading through the journals. a few others have built adjustable designs. hugocoala is one I can think of that's pretty impressive.

do you think i would be possible to make one with really thick plywood instead of steel and then a cattrack? and tons of carriage bolts of course.

no, those carriage bolts would push right through anything besides thick steel if you're using any reasonable pressure at all.
