Finally finished getting everything set up in my new garage (moved from Tahoe to Reno for School), and made some time to press some boards out.

Lots of Love

The core is thicker than the tip spacer, so added a couple of pieces of glass for the transition.

--Never thought I'd see my last name on a pair of skis--

Heating up

Ready to cut.

Kam,
Once I got started, I had to keep running.

Excellent looking skis. What was the thickness difference between your core and tipspacer that you stepped with the glass? How did the fit come out?
Second question, who did you use to print your topsheet graphics and what material is it?
Keep up the solid work.

The core to tip spacer step was about 2.5 mm, and it came out smooth. Used 2 pieces of glass, one about 2 inches long and another 4 inch piece over that.
I had the graphics printed here in Reno at Moment.
You can also get topsheet printed through snowboardmaterials.com
The material is PBT.
Thanks, the moustache takes a bit of work too, but its worth it!
