nice! i first saw those on the newschoolers site and was impressed. did you vacuum it? it's good to start seeing other people's work.

We used the same type of firehose press that you guys use.

Im from Skaneateles, near Syracuse. I ski at labrador, if you know where that is. The dimensions are about 133-100-128 and 180 cm, which is a little impractical considering that we usually get about 130" of snow, but they should be fun, especially when we go to Utah this year.

Kelvin did you ski Plattekill? I downhill bike there sometimes and looks decent for skiing in the east.

I've been to plattekill a few times and every time it was a big sheet of ice.

nothing is impractical... after a few runs, you'll find the 100 underfoot is skinny... toothpicks... overall, nice and clean work!

Are those wrinkles normal? are they in the topsheet?

the wrinkles in that pic are in the tape-like layer that prevents the topsheet from getting coated with epoxy.
