average sidewall thickness

just wondering how much space i should account for for my core template vs my base template. what does everyone else use?

I'm on my first pair so I don't know if it's the best choice but my base is 2mm offset from the ski's final size. The core is 7mm offset from final size on the running length and 20mm offset on tip and tail for the tipspacer.
