Vacum press !HELP!

right,

Im pressing my skis with a vacum. but its my first time.
do i put the former and the skis in a bag then vacum or can i use a half bag thing. or is there another way?

In a bag. That's my experience...

Whole thing in a bag is how I did it.

You can put a flat piece in the bag first to slide the form in on top of after you've done your layup.

This is mine...althou the mold is a prototype.

I use polyeten plastic foil, which is great when epoxi doesn't stick to it! used for sealing houses between the inner and outer walls! It comes on rolls double folded and "almost" as a tube. Which makes it easy to seal. I use a heat gun.

And the beast! I'm very proud of this one... I can hold 22"hg vaccum for almost an hour! And adjust it back again in 18 seconds!
