my first pressed board

Its a solid ash core with a .3mm pine veneer topsheet. I put a mylar sheet on top of the veneer juiced with epoxy and pop in the press.

I did a few vacuum before and this has been my best effort so far.

looks perfect! nice work :D how heavy is it? (because my ash core skis are always a bit...well...heavy )

I did a mahogany to show off as well.

Ash sidewall detail.

Just finished a cherry veneer as well but I need to take a pic. But the mahogany is bling.
