ABS Sidewall Adhesion Problems!

Thanks for all the info everyone. Great site. Pressed my 3rd. pair, very happy with this pair. although still with a wood sidewall. Can't seem to get the ABS to bond with the wood core. I thought I did everything as per instructions (3times) but won't seem to hold. I did have ok luck with one , and then one side started to come off while profiling. Any suggestions? Thanks ....KT
