Latest update here.
I tackled the whole Dye Sublimation thing. Starting to get good results. Gets better every single time. Not to keen on posting the sub press yet as I handled a bit different as others have in the past but here are some pics.
These are sublimated to Matte PBT. I should have some more coming in tomorrow. I burned up quite a bit of my topsheet stock figuring this out much like the others who have tackled this!

That bandsaw is BA Falls! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade. My 14" ridgid just wasn't cutting it (no pun intended) anymore. Flashing is rather fast now!
The tip rise isn't really that much, I just think the style of tip I use makes it appear so. The rise is only about 6cm from flat. Though I tend to build a slightly higher type which seems to help in tight east coast stuff.

I agree on the tip rise. I like something 5.5-6.5 cm. any lower and I feel it would get under stuff too easily.
