camhard did you try calling them?
ive realized you cant get anywhere in the ski/snowboard industry without making a ton of calls and becoming an annoyance

no, though i have also noticed this since. when i order my new, wider one, I will most definitely call. it's unfortunate. i prefer the retain industry where everyone is concerned about making individual consumers happy. in the big world, they could care less about me and my small orders. it's no fun, but the way it is.

and thats how we are living a world crisis, every industries want big costumer to be more profitable, but they also must think in the small ones that want to grow. thats why grow is so dificult...or you have the loterie money and a bit more or work for 10years to get far...

you gotta call these people if you want them to help you out. That goes with any of these companies that are helping us out.
emails are way easier to ignore and push off
I called MEI, got a same day quote, and the guy really worked with me to get me exactly what I want. While you've been emailing they've been building my heat blanket

There are a lot of variables, but you shouldn't pay more than 400 dollars for a blanket.
